The Challenge

S&D Coffee & Tea wanted to leverage the knowledge and experience of their in-house industry experts to build and extend its online reputation through unique, relevant content.

The Solution

VantagePoint developed the “We are S&D” outreach, a subject matter expert (SME) program that took an integrated approach with marketing, digital and public relations tactics, including:

  • Marketing materials to introduce the SMEs, such as printed and online profiles, PowerPoint slides and scripts for the sales team and expert market segment videos
  • Social media channels to share created content and engage with key audiences
  • A corporate blog, “The First Sip,” which taps into the SMEs for valuable industry insight
  • Public relations efforts to continue to position the SMEs as industry thought leaders through editorial commentary, speaking opportunities and award recognition

The Results

A cohesive, ongoing thought leadership campaign which allowed S&D to engage with their audiences in a meaningful way and further positioned the company as a trusted resource and partner.
