The Challenge

A group of insurance veterans, backed by a private equity firm, was acquiring a division of an existing company with the intention of launching a new insurance services brand, focused on doing things differently. The partners needed an attention-getting new brand and launch both internally to existing employees, and into the marketplace.

Project Showcase

  • VantagePoint conducted internal and external research to determine the best approach for the new brand
  • We landed on positioning the brand as shining a light on a new path for insurance services, and created a corresponding brand name and tagline: illumifin: a brighter future
  • Launch tactics included a logo, collateral, brand messaging, a reveal video, publicity, employee giveaways, signage, an infographic, and a launch day presentation
