Greenville, S.C. – June 26, 2017 – Tarun Malik, a member of VantagePoint Marketing’s foodservice advisory board, was recently appointed Johnson & Wales University Charlotte campus president.
As campus president, Malik provides vision and leadership to ensure the university’s mission is carried out and enhanced at the campus level and participates in university-wide governance and strategic planning. He is responsible for overseeing academic initiatives for the campus’ 1,800 students across 12 undergraduate programs and for fostering continuous program innovation and teaching excellence.

Malik has been with Johnson & Wales for 27 years, most recently serving as vice president and dean of academic affairs.
